November Health/Fitness Blogger Challenge, Day 5


November 5th… Give 3 tips to improve your workout.

Seeing as though at the moment, I work out at home mine may be very different than others. My fitness board is here with the workouts I go through. I also use the Tracy Anderson Method, I am waiting for her Pregnancy Project to arrive in the mail.

1. Turn the TV off (unless you are using a DVD to help you work out)

2. Turn off your cell phone. I really think these are the worst distractions ever. Not just when working out, but at dinner, when you are out with your kids, people driving!!!!,  spend time doing what is important and focus your attention also on what is important in your life.

3.Work out at the same time every day. I know that if I put it off until the afternoon, it won’t get done. I MUST roll out of bed and get straight to work (on my exercise) or else too much gets put in front of it and my priorities shift…even with all the free time I have right now.
